This was a a fun one to record. As I was narrating this meditation, the wind picked up in such a wild way. As if one cue, the air element came through as I sat amongst the flowers here in Asheville.
We are transitioning from the earthy vibes of Taurus season which allowed us to get grounded and tend to the body and nervous system, to Gemini season which is quick, curious and communicative.
