my most utilized breathwork technique

Hitting you with my favourite breathwork technique to create an instant state shift. If you are more anxiety prone, this will calm you down. If you are someone who has trouble accessing your body and your heart, this will get you there. It is so simple and there is so much research behind this one technique.

For example:

Did you know the heart sends more signals to the brain than the brain does to the heart?

Research from the HeartMath Institute explores this connection, showing that the heart communicates with the brain through the nervous system, hormones, and even electromagnetic signals. When we’re stressed or overwhelmed, that communication becomes irregular and we feel it as anxiety, tension, or disconnection. But when we slow down and create a steady, rhythmic breath, especially while connecting to emotions like gratitude or appreciation, the body shifts into a more coherent, harmonious state.
