If I could share with you four main practices in my life that quite literally have saved me, it would be these:
yoga
breathwork
setting intentions with the new moon
& be disciplined about choosing love over fear.
This summer I am bringing all four to you in a very special Summer Series where all proceeds go to supporting teen girls.
Let’s explore these four for a moment.
yoga
Perhaps this one is obvious to you. I have been a yoga teacher since I was 20 and the practice helped me heal my eating disorder and gave me my purpose in life which is to support young women through the coming of age and help them become powerful, embodied versions of themselves. Yoga moves the body and frees the mind. It helps us attune to the present moment and free up stagnation in the body, mind and heart. It is why I am starting my Summer Series next week with a yoga class. It feels like the right entry point to prepare for the rest of the work. When I feel stuck, I move my body. So we start here, with a sweaty vinyasa yoga class to play, reinvigorate and reconnect during the busy summer months.
(this class is on Friday, July 14th at 9am pst or practice with the recording)
the new moon
I became fascinated by the moon over a decade ago and began to work with her cycles. As I did, my own body synced up with the moon and I was able to understand my own nature more. The moon teaches us when to rest, when to shine. When to let go, when to create anew. Setting intentions on a new lunar cycle allows us to get clear on what we want and what steps to take to move forward. Looking back at old journals where I have set new moon intentions, I see so many of my dreams have come to fruition. Setting intentions with the new moon gives us an extra boost of fresh energy, so on the second week of the Summer Series we will do just that!
(this session happens on the night of the full moon on Monday, July 17th at 6pm pst or watch the recording at your convenience)
breathwork
Breathwork changed my life. In my early days with breathwork, I found it to be the most helpful resource in dealing with depression. It helped me wade through heavy energy and dark thoughts and plug me back into my intuition. Now I use breathwork as a way to hear my most inner wisdom. Nothing clears my head and heart like breathwork. I am so excited to teach you the breath technique that changed my life on week three of the Summer Series happening Friday, July 28th at 9am PST (or practice with the recording.)
love > fear
If you’ve been reading my substacks lately you will know that I have been in the work of eradicating my fear and compulsion to worry all year with the help of my spiritual teacher. I have learned loads and I feel the desire to share more deeply the practical ways to get out of the fear spiral and start living life. It is possible! I have created a one hour workshop to show you ways in which fear can be quieted and love and hope can shine through. After all the work we have done with yoga, breathwork and intention setting, this is the perfect cap to the Series. This workshop happens live over zoom on Friday, Aug 4th at 9am PST or watch the recording!
And best of all?! ALL proceeds, every single cent, goes to reaching my goal of sending four deserving teens to the Girlvana Yoga Retreat this summer for free! So you get to take care of you and help take care of the next generation! It is a win win! The price is $111 Canadian, which for American folks is about $80. This is HUGE value for all four sessions!
All sessions are live over zoom or you can practice with the recording anytime you want! Buy now and save the videos in your repertoire for when you need them.

I am so looking forward to diving into this work with you all. It is truly an offering I feel incredibly proud and I know WORKS. These practices are total.gamechangers. Coming from a depressed, anxious, purposeless bulimic, they work :)
Session One starts next week! See you there!
